Couple or Dyadic Session

Typically a 1 hour session with you, your therapist and your spouse, partner, other family member, or friend to discuss issues that you are having difficulties processing together

Family Session

Typically a 1-2 hour session with you, your therapist, spouse or partner, mother, father or guardian, children, siblings, aunts & uncles, cousins, or friends to process maladaptive family dynamics

Group Session

Typically a 1 & 1/2 hour session with you and others who are there for a similar therapeutic reason
